The Southern Mercerizing Building itself, pictured above, has a rich history in the Deep Souths' booming textile industry. We are honored to be a part of bringing this building back to life... We believe the history adds so much value to the community and the rich culture of the textile era. We are making capital improvements on the building with the hopes of opening up another 25,000 sq. ft, coffee shop, retail space, etc.
